Moses Simon Scores as Nantes Settle for 1-1 Draw Against Saint-Étienne
Moses Simon found the back of the net as Nantes played to a 1-1 draw against Saint-Étienne at the Stade Geoffroy-Guichard on Sunday.
The Nigerian winger put Nantes ahead in the 14th minute, marking his fifth goal of the season under Antoine Kombouaré. In addition to his goal tally, Simon has also provided five assists for the Yellow Canaries this season.
The 29-year-old was substituted in the 71st minute, with Benjamin Thomas taking his place.
Saint-Étienne eventually found an equalizer through Augustine Boakye, who scored in the 86th minute to deny Nantes all three points.
